When do the letters ship?
All monthly mail club letters will ship the last week of the month for the next months delivery.
For Example: February's letter will ship the last week of January.
How long do the letters take to be delivered?
All mail is sent USPS standard letter with a stamp. This means the letter will be untracked. Depending on your location , USA could take anywhere from 2 - 10 business days and International mail up to 6 weeks.
I didn't receive my letter, What do I do?
Please allow up to 10 business days for USA and 6 weeks for International mail. If you still have not received your letter please email me at maethamuse@gmail.com and I will be happy to help!
Can I cancel, pause or edit my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Log in to the subscription portal to manage your subscription. You can pause, skip, cancel or resume your subscription.
Will I have to pay tariffs, customs or extra duties on my Mail Club subscription?
No. Mail Club orders are sent as a standard international letter with a global forever stamp. So no customs, VAT or tariffs will be charged.
